YeaH! resurrected

The once prominent source team YeaH! has been given new life by notable Brazilian personalities as they test their hand at team ownership.

It was announced earlier this weekend that the once famous YeaH! Gaming brand has been brought back to life with investments from multiple SK players and associates, including: Alessandro "Apoka" Marcucci, Ricardo "dead" Sinigaglia, Wilton "zews" Prado, Epitacio "TACO" Filho, Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo, and Marcelo "coldzera" David.

The choice to revive this brand name was a thoughtful ode to an old team name that dead and zews once played under during Counter Strike 1.6 and Source. While FalleN isn't unfamiliar with running an organization, i.e. Games Academy, it will be the first time many of these investors have had their hands this deep in management positions.

CS:GO isn't the only thing on YeaH! Gaming's agenda, however. The organization has already announced a Rainbow Six Siege roster and are currently working towards signing a League of Legends team as well.

The YeaH! roster is as follows:

  • Brazil Caio "zqk" Fonseca
  • Brazil Guilherme "dukeN" Góes
  • Brazil Alexandre "xand" Zizi
  • Brazil Felipe "pavel" Costa
  • Brazil Felipe "delboNi" Delboni

It's not currently known whether the Brazilian line-up will be playing in their home country, or if they will be moving to the US to compete in North American leagues.
