vanity and Seaside join Mask Off
The boys of Mask Off have been working tirelessly to fill out their roster over the past two weeks in preparation for the upcoming S27 of ESEA MDL beginning on January 21st.
Yesterday the ex-Beacon core finally filled the gaps in their roster by picking up Anthony "vanity" Malaspina of ex-Good People. This news comes shortly after vanity was set to join the trio of Ryan "Snakes" Aman, Owen "oBo" Schlatter, and Nick "zeptic" Kaoud in Main. The young trio didn't meet the new age requirement for S27 of MDL, and had been either cut or benched until ESEA announced otherwise.
Not to be forgotten or understated is the welcome addition of Keith "Seaside" LaFortune, who will be taking on the coaching role for Mask Off. Seaside is a smaller but well-known caster within the community, whose knowledge of the game should prove a valuable asset for the team moving forward.
With the addition of vanity and Seaside the Mask Off roster looks like:
Ryan "GRAMPZ" Baber
Marian "tyfoon" Lesnic- Cameron "Hydrex" Kern
- Tyler "tweiss" Weiss
- Anthony "vanity" Malaspina
- Keith "Seaside" LaFortune (coach)
Though vastly retooled from last season, GRAMPZ and tyfoon will look to at least match the playoff appearance that they made with the previous composition under Beacon.
