The most notable match of the qualifier saw ATK fail to qualify to the main event after losing to Yassine "Subroza" Taoufik's mix team Just For Fun. The pick-up side, consisting of Jake "Stewie2K" Yip, Anthony "vanity" Malaspina, "WARDELL" Bowman Yu and Abdo "c4lypso" Agha claimed their spot with a victory over the American/South African side who are reportedly set to join Cloud9 in the coming days.

Elsewhere in the qualifier, MDL side Big Frames, Advanced quintet RBG and South America's Infinity all made it through the qualifier bracket. They'll face off against the likes of eUnited, LiViD and Singularity in what looks to be an exciting two days of Counter-Strike action.
