Rise Nation win CEVO Main Season 13

The North American side took out Gale Force in two maps to claim the title, defending their title from Season 12.

In a repeat of the Upper Bracket final, Rise Nation faced off against the Argentinians of Gale Force. In order for Gale Force to win, they needed to secure two best-of-three wins. For Rise Nation to win, they simply needed to win a single best-of-three, thanks to their coming from the upper bracket. The first of series was vetoed nearly the same way as their previous match earlier in the event, with the maps coming down to Overpass, Mirage and the randomly selected map of Inferno.

Gale Force started on the CT-side and began their map pick with pistol round victory. This didn't last too long, however, as Rise forced into the following round to gain the advantage at the start of the game. With Gale Force only grabbing a couple occasional rounds, Rise Nation raced off into the distance by the end of the first half, ending it with a 11-4 lead.

Gale Force once again picked up the pistol round, and then kept their composure to win the following anti-ecos. But Jonathan "Jonji" Carey and co. proved too much for the Argentinians, as Rise instantly bounced back to bring themselves a 14th round. But that wasn't the game done for Jonathan "JonY BoY" Muñoz's boys, as they bounced back to string five rounds in a row to keep themselves in the game. Rise Nation then brought themselves to match point but Gale Force brought it back to 15-14. Rise Nation were finally able to claim victory in the last round of the map, winning 16-14.

Mirage was up next, and it was a different story. Rise bolted out of the gates with the pistol round, and followed on with the next eight rounds without reply. Not to be taken out like they were the previous game, Gale Force then returned with six of their own rounds, before trading the final two rounds to see the North Americans up 9-6 at the half.

Once again, Rise took the pistol round, but there was no time for a run this time around. With the following anti-eco won, they were forced out by Gale Force, who then secured three rounds to remain within touching distance. However Rise weren't looking for a long match. The two then traded rounds once again, but with  Brandon "Ace" Winn and Andy "vSa" Xu taking a starring role this time around, Rise completed the final four rounds required with ease to claim a 16-10 victory.
