ESL One Cologne Closed Qualifier invites revealed
ESL have released the four invites for the ESL One Cologne Closed Qualifier. The Closed Qualifier is set to begin tomorrow, and will run through May 11th, with one team qualifying to the main event.
Topping the list of invited teams is Complexity, who are currently ranked #28 on HLTV. It is unknown if the team will be enlisting the services of Jordan "n0thing" Gilbert, as they did during the first group stage of the ESL Pro League, as the current status of Ricardo "Rickeh" Mulholland's visa is unknown. Rounding out the list of invited teams are Envy, Ghost, and Lazarus.
The highest ranked team at the Closed Qualifier is FURIA, who currently sit at #17 on HLTV. They enter the qualifier following a second-place finish at DreamHack Open Rio, where they fell 2-1 to Kazakh squad AVANGAR.
