Made In Brazil once more.

In separate announcements, Liquid and MIBR have announced the additions of Epitácio "TACO" de Melo and Wilton "zews" Prado, and Jake "Stewie2K" Yip, respectively. The announcements confirm an earlier report from ESPN's Jacob Wolf.

The two team's rosters now look as such:

MIBR Liquid
  • Brazil Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo
  • Brazil Fernando "fer" Alvarenga
  • Brazil Marcelo "coldzera" David
  • United States Tarik "tarik" Celik
  • Brazil Epitácio "TACO" de Melo
  • Brazil Wilton "zews" Prado (Coach)
  • United States Nick "nitr0" Cannela
  • United States Jonathan "EliGE" Jablonowski
  • Canada Russel "Twistzz" Van Dulken

  • United States Jake "Stewie2K" Yip

The two teams will be seeing a lot of each other to start 2019, as both will be in attendance at IEM Katowice, StarSeries i-League Season 7, and ESL Pro League Season 9.

No mention was made of Tarik "tarik" Celik, who reportedly will also be out of MIBR, in favor of João "felps" Vasconcellos, returning them to a fully Brazilian roster.

For his part, Stewie2K released a TwitLonger, stating that he is "disappointed to see this journey come to an end" but that "It’s about time (he) raised that American flag again."

TACO also released a message of his own, saying goodbye to each of his former teammates personally.
