Rogue and eUnited advance in StarSeries qualifier
Rogue and eUnited have topped Group A of the StarSeries i-League Season 5 North America qualifier, with eUnited soundly defeating oNe earlier tonight.
Rogue more or less breezed through the group, though a Dignitas fielding Edgar "MarKE" Jiminez gave them an overtime scare in the opening match. In the winners match against oNe, Rogue likewise had little trouble, though surely the Brazilians fielding their coach Olavo "chucky" Napoleão did them no favors.
eUnited had a rockier path, as they fell to oNe in their opener. However, they came roaring back with wins against Dignitas and the Brazilians in the rematch earlier tonight.
The opening matches of Group B will be played tomorrow, with Splyce taking on MDL hopefuls Swole Patrol and compLexity tilting against Ghost.
