Rise Nation defeat oNe to complete ECS Season 5 team list
The second day of the ECS Season 5 Challenger Cup kicked off with Rise Nation taking down Ghost with a convincing 2-0, and Splyce being upset by the Brazilians of oNe. This result set up a tussel between the two victors to determine which side would be the last team to join ECS Season 5.
Things did not start off well for the North Americans on Cache, as Alencar "trk" Rossato hung thirty kills on them.
On Overpass, Rise took the first four rounds, but then oNe overran them for ten straight rounds. With their backs against the wall at 12-7, Rise Nation gritted it out, and were able to complete the comeback.
Mirage was another close map, with oNe narrowly holding the lead 8-7 at the half. Once onto the Terrorist side however, Kaleb "moose" Jayne really turned on the jets, and Rise Nation closed out the map 16-12.

ECS Season 5 will begin on March 13th. Until then, Rise Nation will look to carry their good form heading into the closing weeks of ESEA MDL Season 27, where they currently sit at the top of the leaderboard with a 10-3 record.
