Not even positive LAN matches could save shinobi

shinobi exits Rogue

The embattled in-game leader's time with the organization has finally come to a close.

Former in-game leader Josh "shinobi" Abastado has been given his marching orders from Rogue, Dust2.us has learned. The move comes after the team successfully survived ESL Pro League Relegation where the team fielded shinobi and stand-in Michael "Uber" Stapells.

Rogue's roster currently sits at:

  • United States Daniel "vice" Kim
  • United States Spencer "Hiko" Martin
  • Denmark Casper "cadiaN" Møller
  • Canada Garett "Grt" Bambrough (Coach)

It is not currently guaranteed that Grt will stay on as coach, though Dust2.us has been told it is the most likely scenario. Rogue are now down to three players with a little under a month until ESL Pro League Season 7 is set to commence.

While former FRENCH CANADIANS duo Yassine "Subroza" Taoufik and Anthony "gMd" Guimond are thought to be the frontrunners for the spots, the team has been trying out multiple other players, including Ronnie "ryx" Bylicki and Tyler "tweiss" Weiss.

As for shinobi, the player is open to opportunities at the Pro or top MDL level.
