ONET4P add ashen as coach

After some time out of Premier, ashen has returned with ONET4P.

ONET4P have added Sean "ashen" Yang as coach, stepping into Kieran "KayJay" Playfair's role after he stepped down from the team on October 27th.

ashen linking up with ONET4P marks his return to a high-profile role after months away from the upper echelons of the domestic NA scene. As a player, his most recent team of note was Lux during ESEA Advanced Season 35 last November, with the team making it to playoffs before being swiftly eliminated by Yeah and Jeremy "taiwi" Wang's Morning Light lineup.

As a coach, ashen was last seen leading Faint during ESEA Advanced Season 33 in early 2020 which featured now-retired/inactive names like George "Powerzz" Yaede and Ezekiel "KmZ" Hughes.

Despite his recent résumé being fairly uneventful, ashen has found success as a coach in the past, notably coaching Alexander "zander" Diaz's Rugratz in ESEA MDL Season 32 to a fourth place finish in the division.

He joins ONET4P on the recommendation of Walker "walker" Harris, with the duo being personal friends.

ONET4P are now:

  • United States Kyle "Just2EZ" Tan
  •  Tianyi "Fr3nk1e" He
  • United States Junjie "Gank88" Lin
  • Canada Walker "walker" Harris
  • United States Johnny "JDubs" Wu
  • United States Sean "ashen" Yang (Coach)

ONET4P currently have a 2-2 record after a loss against ChocoCheck tonight. Their next match is against paiN on November 23rd.
