CLASIA is the latest teamless star to try their hand at playing for ChocoCheck

ChocoCheck add CLASIA and cJ

RIKO will be stepping into a substitute role while Turismo has supposedly been out of the team for some time.

ChocoCheck have made some changes to their official roster ahead of the start of ESEA Premier Season 39, adding Anthony "CLASIA" Kearney and Christopher "cJ" Jones while Dylan "RIKO" Sabin-Arnce has stepped into a substitute role and Michael "Turismo" Haas has officially left the team.

CLASIA had been on the lookout for a new lineup since August after being released from RBG alongside coach Troy "ara" Pollock. Since then, he has been largely inactive outside of playing FPL. cJ has also been without a team for some time, having left ChocoCheck at the end of July. You could be forgiven for forgetting that fact though, as the team ended up fielding him for almost every single map in ESEA Premier Season 38 in large part due to RIKO being unavailable.

Speaking of RIKO, he confirmed to Dust2.us that Turismo is no longer part of ChocoCheck's plans, apparently having been benched a few weeks ago. Despite being a start for ChocoCheck last season, he ended up only playing six maps with the team.

ChocoCheck are now:

  • United States Carson "nosraC" O'Reilly
  • United States Zack "XotiC" Elshani
  • United States Dominick "JazzPimp" Dimpfel
  • United States Anthony "CLASIA" Kearney
  • United States Christopher "cJ" Jones
  • United States Daniel "tropiiical" Elshani (Substitute)
  • United States Dylan "RIKO" Sabin-Arnce (Substitute)

ChocoCheck played ESEA 2021 Autumn Cash Cup 2 last night, although Brett "brett" Rhein played the majority of the event in Zack "XotiC" Elshani's place while RIKO stood-in for Dominick "JazzPimp" Dimpfel. The team made their way to the quarterfinals before being dispatched in a 16-5 loss to Extra Salt. ChocoCheck will have a chance to display their "true" roster when ESEA Premier Season 39 starts on November 2nd.
