ImPerium round out roster with EllisoN
James "EllisoN" Ellison has rejoined ImPerium, this time completing the former GSG9 roster that Johnny "JDubs" Wu departed last week. He previously played under the ImPerium banner in ESEA MDL Season 35 and IEM New York 2020.
Nicholas "Noot" Samodurov also announced that he will be stepping into the coaching position while Dust2.us alumnus, Brendan "breN" Boucher, has joined the team on trial as an analyst.
EllisoN has played with Killpo1's Make A Wish in ESEA Advanced up to this point in Season 36. He and ImPerium were relegated to ESEA Advanced the last time he was with the organization and he now joins a roster that's quickly heading in that same direction. ImPerium are currently 0-5 in ESEA Premier Season 36, with their remaining Group B matches against Triumph, Third Impact, The Commission, and Levitate.
The latter three matchups will be exceedingly important, as ImPerium are fighting to avoid the last place spot in the group, which would automatically relegate them to ESEA Advanced Season 37 with no chance to participate in ESEA Premier Season 36 Relegation.
