MDL Recap - Whalers, oNe, and Secret Club secure top three playoff seeds

The regular season of ESEA MDL Season 35 has come to an end, seeing New England Whalers go back-to-back as regular season champions despite having their perfect season spoiled by Rugratz. RBG and Depth both reached playoffs in their debut MDL seasons.

The focus now shifts to postseason play, where we will crown a ESEA MDL Season 35 champion and send that team to lucky Season 13 of ESL Pro League, all by the end of this week.

The regular season's highest rated players who played at least eight matches were:

1. Josh "PwnAlone" Pigue (Whalers) - 1.37
2. David "Sneaky" Polster (Rebirth) - 1.35
2. Pedro "Maluk3" Campos (oNe) - 1.35
4. Brendan "Bwills" Williams (Whalers) - 1.33
5. Matheus "pesadelo" Panisset (oNe) - 1.31

Notably, Sneaky left Rebirth just two days ago, forcing the team to once again turn to Zack "XotiC" Elshani as they begin preparations for their playoff campaign.

All four best-of-three series will begin tomorrow at 8:00PM EST. ESEA MDL Season 35 Relegation is not set to begin until December 7-9th.
