Hendy and armen set to retire as Vireo.pro head to ESEA MDL Season 35 Relegation

armen in particular is quitting to focus on his studies.

Derek "Hendy" Hendrixson has decided to call it a career following Vireo.pro's overtime loss to RBG that has put his soon-to-be former squad into relegation territory. Dust2.us has also learned that Armen "armen" Fesliyan will not continue playing with the team after ESEA MDL Season 35 Relegation, as he shifts his focus to his education.

Hendy and armen were the highest rated players on Vireo.pro this season, both averaging very respectable 1.15 ratings. This was a marked improvement for Hendy from his average 0.94 rating that he sported in Season 34.

Walker "walker" Harris has told Dust2.us that he will be taking on the task of rebuilding the squad for ESEA Season 36, and that the remaining three players will be sticking together to keep their core. He also confirmed that Hendy and armen are planning to stay with the team through ESEA MDL Season 35 Relegation as Vireo.pro fight to maintain their MDL berth.

After ESEA MDL Season 35 Relegation Vireo.pro will be:

  • Canada Walker "walker" Harris
  • United States Andrew "vein" Lindeman
  • United States Eric "Ryze" Brown

ESEA MDL Season 35 Relegation is set to begin on December 7th and will feature Vireo.pro, ex-Recon 5, ImPerium, and Kinship as the representatives from MDL.
