seb joins Andbox VALORANT; Eley looks to make switch

The two veterans join the growing number of North American CS:GO personnel in search of greener pastures in Riot's FPS.

Earlier in the week, Andbox announced the addition of Sebastian "seb" Bucki to their VALORANT team.

seb most notably participated in ESL Pro League seasons with Ghost and Singularity, and also was a core member of the cantwinalan/MASSIVEimpact/New Identity squads that eventually became the latter. He is also a two-time Fragadelphia champion as a member of Bee's Money Crew.

More recently, he saw action as a stand-in for Austin "Cooper-" Abadir with Ze Pug Godz in the second ESEA Summer Cash Cup, which the team won following 2-0 victories of Eclipse and Positive Vibes Only.

Andbox VALORANT are now:

  • Canada Bradley "ANDROID" Fodor
  • United States Jaccob "yay" Whiteaker
  • United States Sebastian "seb" Bucki
  • United States Matt "Warden" Dickens (Coach)
  •  Gordan "g0g1" Prošić (Assistant Coach)

The team have only participated in one event thus far, which was Nerd Street Gamers' monthly event for September. There, they finished in 9-16th place with a loss to Renegades, utilizing seb, Adam "aKis" Kisseberth  and "Poach" as stand-ins.

In other VALORANT news, former Envy coach Zach "Eley" Stauffer announced that he is looking for a team in the game, and is "open to many different opportunities and skill levels."

The move would mean a return to active play for Eley, who last played for Method in 2016. He has held analyst and coach roles with NRG, Splyce, and Envy since, parting ways with the latter at the end of last year.
