District 7 rapidly rebuild after huynh, MkaeL, and effys depart
Less than two hours before the start of their ESEA MDL Season 34 campaign, District 7 were faced with a flurry of changes after Danny "huynh" Huynh, Michael "MkaeL" De Luca, and Loic "effys" Sauvageau informed the remainder of their team that they would be leaving to focus on their VALORANT team FRENCH CANADIANS.
As a result, District 7 have brought in a new trio of French Canadian players consisting of Michael "miLLe" St-Pierre, Francis "NANO" Tremblay, and Maxime "YONJI" Grondin.
miLLe is the most experienced out of the incoming trio, with multiple MDL seasons under his belt, having most recently played for a vastly different District 7 lineup last season. NANO is a regular face of the French Canadian scene, having notably played on Grizzlys alongside Mathieu "INCRED" Bergeron while most recently finishing Main in 7th-8th place with Original.
YONJI also joins District 7 from Original and is the least experienced of the incoming trio, with Season 33 being his first full season of Main.
With these last-minute additions, District 7 are now:
Mathieu "INCRED" Bergeron- Yannick "KOLER" Blanchette
- Michael "miLLe" St-Pierre
- Francis "NANO" Tremblay
- Maxime "YONJI" Grondin
District 7 fell in their opening match of Season 34 against Keep the Comms Up and will be looking to go even against Monstars tonight at 10 PM EDT.
