CLG Red to NEST Pro Series Final over Besiktas
CLG Red have emerged victorious from their second match at the NEST Pro Series DIVINA Finals, defeating Besiktas 2-1.
Things got started off on Inferno, the European side's pick, heavily on CLG Red's favor, as they raced out to a 4-0 lead. Another streak of five rounds saw the Americans secure a 9-6 score at the half. Besiktas were not done, however, as they also played lockdown defense, only allowing CLG Red two further rounds.
Next up was Overpass, which played out as a near mirror image of Inferno. This time, it was Besiktas who took a 9-6 lead into the half before succumbing to a comeback from CLG Red.
Nuke was the most one-sided affair of the bunch, with CLG Red notching a phenomenal eleven rounds on offense. The Americans picked up two further rounds from the pistol, and from there all Besiktas could due was cling to life as long as possible. CLG Red would go on to take the map 16-10, along with the series.

CLG Red now wait for the winner of the lower bracket match between Besiktas and TYLOO fe, who defeated Sway 2-0. With the Europeans being heavily favored against their Chinese competition, a rematch is likely in the cards.
