FPL Recap - 15-year-old ReckMONSTER lives up to his name

After fighting his way through FPL-C just two months ago, ReckMONSTER has earned himself a spot at the top.

The first full week of FPL for November has come to a close, seeing 15-year-old Ethan "ReckMONSTER" Serrano finish on top of the board just two months after qualifying from FPL-C.

ReckMONSTER's run saw him win nine of the ten games he played over the week, helping to edge out a first place finish over Maxim "wippie" Shepelev, who sat in second with four points less. Complexity's Bulgarian import, Valentin "poizon" Vasilev, immediately made himself known in FPL, just barely missing out on ousting wippie from second by one point.

Also of note was the thirteenth place finish of Jake "Stewie2K" Yip, who played the highest number of games this week at 27, winning 13 of them. One of October's FPL-C promotees, Paytyn "Junior" Johnson, earned himself a chunk of change with a sixth place finish, securing victories in six of the seven games he played.

Matthew "no_one" Congdon has kicked off the month of November by taking a considerable lead, leaving Shahzeb "ShahZaM" Khan trailing by over 50 points. With only two weeks of the month having elapsed, plenty of time remains for players to fight their way up the standings - especially with ECS Season 8 Finals around the corner, where European talent will arrive to join the ranks.
