The top spot was all but easy to claim for wippie, as he sat just five points ahead of both Austin "Cooper-" Abadir and Edgar "MarKE" Maldonado on the leaderboard. However, a strong 65 percent winrate helped wippie earn a few extra points, ones that proved crucial in his victory. Meanwhile, steel fell from his top spot from last week and has dropped to number four, despite playing more games than anyone this week at 41 matches as he won only 23 of them.
The bottom end of the leaderboard saw a number of players end the week within six points of each other, with a few good wins, or losses, being the make or break to edge out spots in the top 20 list. Notably, both Cooper- and MarKE were tied for second place in points this week, although a higher winrate saw the eUnited AWPer edge out the spot over his teammate.

An admirable four-game winstreak for Matthew "no_one" Congdon over the first three days of week two have shot no_one into the top 5 of September, making him a prime candidate for month's overall best. Given the fact that another 5 days still remain in the week, no_one's efforts just might make that dream a reality if he can keep it up.
