DreamHack Masters Malmö qualifier underway

Swole Patrol, ATK, and a trio of Brazilian teams headline those still in contention for the Closed Qualifier.

The first day of the DH Masters Malmö qualifier has concluded, with most of the favorites advancing to the Round of 16.

Sixty-six teams signed up for the qualifier, which saw Advanced side Depth defeat Infinity 16-12 in the second round. In the same round, Monstars had a 16-0 victory over Cursed Ascension and Party Astronauts, Gorilla Gang and oNe eased past their opponents.

The qualifier will resume later today at 8 PM EDT, with the top teams having a chance to qualify for the $250,000 DreamHack event via the Closed Qualifier.
