FPL-C Recap - zander takes final week; Winsum and tweiss promoted to FPL

A seven-game winstreak saw zander stopped just short of a second place finish for the month.

The final week of FPL-C for June has concluded, seeing Alexander "zander" Diaz top the board with a seven-game winstreak to close out the week having won 20 of the 33 matches he played.

After ending last week in second place, Tyler "tweiss" Weiss returned to the top of the board. This time he finished in third place, with Nassir "rugrat" Francique edging out the runner-up spot by four points and two extra games won. Erik "bul" Penny and Noah "ULTRA" Giesbrecht also earned their own share of the weekly prize pool with fourth and fifth place finishes, respectively. 

With the month coming to an end, two players also earned promotion to FPL with first and second place finishes in the monthly leaderboard.

tweiss' multiple appearances in the top five throughout the month earned him a second place finish, while Ryan "winsum" Jones took first place with a considerable point lead. Notably, zander narrowly missed out on contesting tweiss for second place, with his aforementioned seven winstreak placing him just short of tweiss' point lead at 1224.
