Grizzlys lose team; roster set to dissolve after Season 31

Following the conclusion of Season 31, three players are set to leave the lineup formerly known as Grizzlys.

ESEA Advanced squad Grizzlys recently made playoffs following a 16-12 victory over Legacy, however following the conclusion of Season 31 the team's current lineup will dissolve as Aaron "Aaron" Thao, Gabriel "tENSKI" Rodrigue, and  Yannick "KOLER" Blanchette are all set to leave according to a trio of tweets from the players.

Additionally, Duts2.us has learned that the roster has parted with the organization and are set to finish out the season as On Lance.

The current Grizzlys lineup was formed back in May when miLLe left Dogs of War to replace Thomas "frost" Frost. Following that move, Grizzlys have had a strong season winning seven out of their last ten matches to put the team into playoff contention.

However, the former lineup began to fall apart after J0LZ and miLLe began to practice with another trio of players. Although J0LZ contends that they were not seriously considering changing their roster, news of this change put a serious strain on the team's relationship ultimately leading to the roster splitting up.

As for the Grizzlys organization, the team ultimately decided to leave due to Grizzlys not wanting to sign Aaron, allegedly due to the player being American. Additionally, Dust2.us has learned that another player did not want to sign to the team due to alleged unfair and inconsistent buyout practices.

With this, following the conclusion of Advanced playoffs On Lance will be reduced to:

  • Canada David "J0LZ" Jolin
  • Canada Michael "miLLe" St-Pierre
