DreamHack Masters Dallas qualifier details announced

Six teams will look to secure qualification at the event over the next month.

DreamHack has revealed the qualification process for DreamHack Masters Dallas, their upcoming 16-team $250,000 event set to run from May 28th - June 2nd.

A total of six qualification spots will be doled out, rewarding two European teams with a spot at the Intel Grand Slam-eligible event while North America + North Latin America, Brazil + South America, China, and Asia + Oceania have all been allocated a single spot each.

The first phase of the process will begin on March 20th, with the open qualifier concluding the following day. Four teams from the North America/North Latin America qualifier will advance to the Closed Qualifier, where they will join four invited teams in a best-of-three, double elimination bracket to fight for the single qualification spot, culminating in a best-of-five grand final.

The DreamHack Masters Dallas open qualifier is set to begin on March 20th, with signups open on the ESEA event page until 1 PM EST the same day. As always, links and dates for upcoming qualifiers can be found on the Dust2.us Calendar.
