clerkie to coach eUnited in Katowice

The organization's General Manager will try on a hat he has not worn in CS:GO.

Yesterday, eUnited General Manager Daniel "clerkie" Clerke announced that he will be coaching the team at the IEM Katowice Americas Minor at the end of January.

The move comes after the organization parted ways with former coach Jared "osorandom" Hartman, in the wake of it being made public that he sent an unsolicited photo to graphic designer Sophie "Queeny" Liddell.

clerkie also took the opportunity to note that eUnited's coaching position is open, and that the organization will "take the selection process very slowly." Until the team's coach is found, clerkie will fill the role.

As of now, the two events on eUnited's calendar for next year are the IEM Katowice Americas Minor, and ESL Pro League Season 9, but the list is sure to pad out as 2019 gets into full swing.
