Full Send and BibleBlack top Intermediate, Open; move to Advanced Season 30
The playoffs of all ESEA leagues have concluded, with Full Send and BibleBlack winning Intermediate and Open, respectively to net themselves spots in ESEA Advanced Season 30.
Full Send began their playoffs run as the second seed after topping the league's Eastern Conference with a 14-2 record, with their only two losses coming from narrow 16-14 defeats. On the opposite side of the playoffs bracket was their main opposition in DISMAY, who placed first in the Central Conference with a flawless 16-0 run through the season.
Full Send took down Avenge 2-1 in the first matchup before going on to ironically 2-0 "2-1" in their second round matchup. Another pair of 2-1 and 2-0 wins over BUDSQUAD and Vicious Kitties net Full Send a spot in the grand finals, where they claimed victory over DISMAY 2-1. A narrow 16-13 win on the first map of Inferno gave way to Full Send narrowly losing out in overtime on Cache, with the team bagging their biggest win in the final map of Inferno 16-10 to win ESEA Intermediate Season 29.
BibleBlack kicked off their playoffs run as the ninth seed, having finished the regular season in second place in the Western Conference of ESEA Open Season 29. A forfeit win in their first matchup saw them immediately advance to take on GODSENT, who they soundly defeated 2-0.
BibleBlack's good form continued throughout the playoffs, with the team dropping only a single map against Old Gatos Club in the Round of 32 while cruising past Noble, Fire Nation, Santa's Naughty Reindeer, and Arms Crossed. Their grand final bout saw them up against main jammers, who had a similarly dominant run through the bracket by only dropping a single map to wrangler jeans taskforce.
BibleBlack's streak of 2-0 wins wasn't to be stopped however, and they shut down main jammers in the grand finals with a 16-10 win on Inferno before closing out the series 16-9 on Overpass. Having won ESEA Open Season 29, BibleBlack have also earned themselves a spot in Advanced Season 30 alongside Full Send.

The winner of Intermediate earns a spot in Advanced for the following season, while the top 32 teams have all been promoted to Main.

BibleBlack have moved on to Advanced for the upcoming season, while the remaining top sixteen teams will advance to Main. Teams that placed between 17th-128th will also receive moveups to Intermediate for Season 30.
