Vivency win NSG Underwatch LAN in Boston
With N3rdStGamers expanding their event map pool out to Boston, and collaborating with local event host Underwatch, Vivency win the fourth event run in the Balancepatch Venue in Boston.
Vivency made their run purely through the upper bracket, winning their games without allowing double digit rounds from their opponents en route to a finals berth.
The lower bracket final saw Underwatch (team, not the organizer) versus Jasper "sfX" Ko's Big Tings. In a quick 16-6 sweep, Underwatch were through to the finals against Vivency in the only Bo3 of the event.
The finals went the distance to all three maps with Vivency taking Cache 19-15, Underwatch securing Overpass 16-7, and finally Vivency taking home the title on Mirage 16-7.
The placements and prize pool distribution looked as such:
1st. Vivency (dvl, ultimax, skyways, Big JB, bum) - $1,500
2nd. Underwatch (WARH1PPO, Tagz, Falco, mock, Static) - $500
3rd. Big Tings (b33f, Jm0, c-dubs, sfX, Tucker) - $300
