In awe at the size of this AZIO roster

AZIO get charged up with Infinite power; Hunter to lead Fortnite team

The MDL team look to be soaring to the playoffs next season.

After joining the AZIO ESEA roster just recently, Dust2.us has learned that the team have decided on Gage "Infinite" Green as their new fifth. The ex-ex-Dignitas player will be replacing Joshua "Hunter" Madore, who had joined the team just under a month ago during AZIO's roster overhaul.

This move will presumably be the last of the many changes AZIO have gone through this offseason as the next season of MDL is set to kick off in the coming days.

Infinite was previously a part of ex-Dignitas, sticking with the roster only briefly after they were dropped by their sponsor last week. The American player had previously built himself up on Etherian and Armada, placing in multiple minor offline and online tournaments. With his new team, Infinite will reunite with former Armada players Ian "motm" Hardy and Teric "Bibby" Ingram.

On the same day of Infinite's addition, Dave "seziwana" Schrage was also added onto the team's ESEA roster. After previously playing for AZIO last season, the team will presumably be fielding the player over William "shonk" Kittrell to retain their MDL spot.

AZIO's roster for next season is now:

  • United States Dave "seziwana" Schrage (To retain MDL spot)
  • United States Trevor "FrostayK" Bandle
  • United States Ian "motm" Hardy
  • United States Ryan "Snakes" Amann
  • United States Michael "Grim" Wince
  • United States Gage "Infinite" Green
  • United States Teric "Bibby" Ingram (Coach)
  • United States Logan "Voltage" Long (Substitute)
  • United States Joshua "Hunter" Madore (Substitute)

While there are a plethora of incomplete MDL teams looking desperately for players before the season starts, Joshua "Hunter" Madore will soon become a fighter, as he is reportedly helping kickstart a Fortnite roster for AZIO.

With Infinite confirmed out of ex-Dignitas, the question still remains of what will become of the roster, with the first default date closing in the formerly-sponsored team. With ex-Dignitas considering Jack "xCeeD" Holiman and Jason "neptune" Tran as additions, the team look to build up their roster and make their way back into Pro League.
