n0thing will attempt to lead NRG through the online qualifier

NRG to field n0thing for EPICENTER Closed Qualifier

n0thing returns to his American roots once again.

NRG coach Chet "ImAPet" Singh has announced over Twitter that CS veteran Jordan "n0thing" Gilbert will be playing with NRG in the EPICENTER Closed Qualifier.

NRG have been on the search for a temporary stand-in to play in the EPICENTER Closed Qualifier due to the team's in-game-leader Damian "daps" Steele having to forgo playing in it due to the player choosing to join the analyst desk at the FACEIT Major, which will overlap with the online qualifier.

After parting ways with Cloud9, n0thing has largely spent his time as a streamer and an analyst at events. The renowned American player still remains active in CS:GO however, standing in for mousesports at ESL One Belo Horizonte and was supposedly set to stand in for the team at ESL One Cologne and possibly even join the team permanently.

NRG's roster for the EPICENTER Closed Qualifier will be:

  • United States Jacob "FugLy" Medina
  • United States Vincent "Brehze" Cayonte
  •  Cvetelin "CeRq" Dimitrov
  • United States Ethan "nahtE" Arnold
  • United States Jordan "n0thing" Gilbert
  • United States Chet "ImAPet" Singh (Coach)
