Ambition roster no longer with organization; replace will with JoshRT

The changes come as the team fights for position to remain the league next season

The roster of Ambition Gamers had changed their team name on ESEA to "ex-Ambition", prompting some people to wonder what had happened, given that the players were originally signed just over a month ago.

Since that signing, the team had already made one major roster move, removing long-time members William "shonk" Kittrell and Jonah "JonahP" Pulice in favor of Josh "oSee" Ohm and William "will" Cheng.

When reached for comment, Eric "Kwong" Kwong confirmed that the organization and squad had parted ways, and that Josh "JoshRT" Lee would be replacing Cheng on the team. The reason given for the change was simply that Cheng did not fit in well with the team in terms of role and playstyle.

Lee has been somewhat inactive since his team died in the middle of ESEA MDL Season 25. In the past his Prospects team has fielded the likes of CLG's Ethan "nahtE" Arnold, Splyce's Taylor "Drone" Johnson, and NRG's Dylan "RIKO" Sabin-Arnce.

The Bushido Boyz roster is now:

  • United States Eric "Kwong" Kwong
  • United States Blake "Strings" Stringer
  • United States Campbell "far" Walsh
  • United States Josh "oSee" Ohm
  • United States Josh "JoshRT" Lee

The team has already played one match with the new roster formulation, which they won 16-11 against LFAO. Their next tilt will be tonight against Mostly Harmless, who also recently made a roster change. Both teams currently sit near the bottom of the season standings, and will need every win they can muster to avoid relegation to Main for Season 27.
