EPICENTER 2018 announced with North American qualifiers
EPICENTER has announced the upcoming iteration of its annual CS:GO tournament series. The eight-team event is set to begin on October 22nd and end on the 28th in Moscow.
Similar to last year's installment, this year's EPICENTER will feature four North American open qualifiers, followed by a closed qualifier, which will qualify one team.
Once all the regional qualifiers have finished, the four qualified teams and a Wild Card invite will be ranked based on their HLTV ranking, with the highest rated team automatically moving on to the group stage of the event. The four remaining teams will then play in the Wild Card qualifier, featuring a double-elimination bracket, with the top two teams moving onto the group stage.
