Heroic and AGO are likely to meet again in Montreal

AGO and Red Reserve invited to DreamHack Montreal

One of the many Polish powerhouses are set to appear in Montreal.

DreamHack has announced the fourth and fifth teams to compete at its Montreal stop this year - AGO and Red Reserve. Similar to other teams that have been invited so far, AGO and Red Reserve were unable to qualify for the Major, dropping in the Minor closed qualifier and the Minor itself, respectively.

The event will be AGO's first offline event with Grzegorz "SZPERO" Dziamałek, who was recently acquired from Kinguin after Virtus.pro purchased Michał "snatchie" Rudzki from the organization.

DreamHack Montreal will also be the AGO's first North American event in the last six months after attending the ESEA Season 26 Global Challenge in New York City, where they were able to advance to the ESL Pro League.

Red Reserve's last LAN was the Europe Minor, where they bested Kinguin in the elimination match, but fell to the champions NiP in the decider of Group B. They also failed to qualify for StarSeries i-League Season 6 after losing to Sprout in the online qualifier.

The team list for DreamHack Montreal is currently:

AGO ENCE
Denmark Heroic Brazil Luminosity
Sweden Red Reserve World Invite
World Invite World Invite

DreamHack Montreal is set to begin on September 7th and end on the 9th. The event will feature a $100,000 prize pool and clash with the New Challengers Stage of the FACEIT Major. As the event features no qualifier, the three remaining teams are expected to be announced by DreamHack in the coming days.
