The return of vSa?

Vision drop lanhero, look to vSa and markalodon

The team eye a very slick asian to lead their team to New York.

Alex "lanhero" Suarez has announced over social media that he is no longer a part of Vision's roster. lanhero was one of the core members of F1-racecar-PEEK, following the team's formation after the Morior Invictus organization was banned from ESEA.

F1-racecar-PEEK would later go on to sign with Vision following minor roster changes. With lanhero, Vision won Tokyo in Tulsa 2 and placed 2nd in the MDL Season 28 playoffs after losing to Bravado in the grand finals.

In place of lanhero, Dust2.us has learned that Vision plan to field Andy "vSa" Xu as the team's in-game-leader. vSa came into prominence with Rise Nation, before being benched and later signed by Ghost. After the Torqued trio were acquired by Ghost, vSa was once again benched before being later released.

vSa was last seen at Fragadelphia 12, where he stood in for RESOLUTE, who finished in 9-12th. Vision's new player is set to debut in the MSI MGA closed qualifier, however has yet to sign with the organization.

Along with the new player, Dust2.us has also learned that Vision is set to officially bring on Mark "markalodon" Rose as the team's coach. markalodon helped Vision through the MDL playoffs and coached for the team at Fragadelphia 12.

With the roster changes, Danny "huynh" Huynh will be transitioning towards AWPing for the team, a role he briefly picked up at Fragadelphia 12.

Vision's roster for the MSI MGA closed qualifier is set to be:

  • Canada Danny "huynh" Huynh
  • United States Gabe "Spongey" Greiner
  • United States Jake "kaboose" McDonald
  • United States Ricky "floppy" Kemery
  • Canada Andy "vSa" Xu
  • United States Mark "markalodon" Rose (Coach)

Vision's new roster will premiere at the MGI MGA closed qualifier. The team will be taking on Mythic in their opening match, which will play out tomorrow at 10AM EDT.
