Dignitas pass Prospects, to StarSeries qualifier playoffs; matchups determined
The decider match in Group B of the StarSeries Season 6 North America qualifier has concluded with Dignitas defeating Prospects 2-0 (16-0 Inferno, 16-12 Mirage). Dignitas is the final team to advance to the playoffs, which begin tomorrow.
It was too easy for Dignitas on their own pick of Inferno, as they completed the dream. Peter "ptr" Gurney stomped the opposition, putting up a 2.09 rating in the 16-0 victory for his team.
The Dignitas side also got off to a good start on Mirage, gaining an 8-1 lead. Prospects fought back and tied the score at 11-11, but the power of Gage "Infinite" Green was too much, and Dignitas managed to close out the map 16-12 and the series 2-0.
