Rainwater may be made in the clouds, but tarik is now made in Brazil

MIBR confirm tarik addition

The Brazillian team welcomes its second American player.

MIBR have announced the addition of Tarik "tarik" Celik to the team's active roster, just days after it was announced the player had departed Cloud9.

In a video published by MIBR with the announcement, tarik explained that he felt that he wanted to push himself and, as a result, asked to join MIBR in an attempt to make it "a winning team."

With tarik joining the team, Ricardo "boltz" Prass has been relegated to MIBR's bench. boltz joined the SK roster in October of 2017 on loan from Immortals. With boltz, SK won multiple events such as EPICENTER 2017 and the ESL Pro League Season 6 Finals before moving over to the MIBR organization last month.

The MIBR roster is now:

  • Brazil Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo
  • Brazil Fernando "fer" Alvarenga
  • Brazil Marcelo "coldzera" David
  • United States Jake "Stewie2K" Yip
  • United States Tarik "tarik" Celik
  • Brazil Ricardo "dead" Sinigaglia (Manager/Coach)
  • Brazil Ricardo "boltz" Prass (Inactive)

The new MIBR roster is set to premiere at the ELEAGUE CS:GO Premier 2018 in Group A, which also contains Cloud9, on July 21st. MIBR will take on Liquid in their opening match.
