Renegades pick up DreamHack Open Summer invite
The Australian team are headed over to Sweden.
Renegades become the fourth invited team to appear at DreamHack Open Summer in Sweden, over the June 16th-18th weekend, in the Swedish city of Jönköping.
Renegades have had a mixed time as of late. A poor performance at Dreamhack Marseille was followed up by a qualification to the StarSeries i-League Season 5 finals, and a quarterfinals finish in Sydney, after a narrow loss to mousesports. They are currently at the ESL Pro League Season 7 finals, with a lower bracket match against SK underway.
They are the second North American based side set for the competition, after compLexity secured theirs at the North American qualifier.
