Have the players made the logical move?

Team X split up

The orgless female squad have gone their separate ways.

The female squad Team X who played in ESEA Intermediate last season have disbanded, Dust2.us has learned. This comes after a playoff appearance in IM and a promotion to Main for Season 28.

This squad, with the exception of Maureen-Lee "ml-" Chick Ban, had quite a lot of experience. Klaudia "klaudia" Beczkiewicz and Stephanie "missharvey" Harvey played in CLG Red, Catherine "CAth" Leroux in both CLG Red and Dignitas Fe, while Brianna "masq" Becker is known for having played in mixed-sex teams over the years.

The three Canadians on the team competed at the WESG 2017 Female World Finals, where they topped Group B for a playoff spot. They fell in the semis however to the Chinese team LLG, who were later signed by TyLoo.

It is unknown where they will go for the next season of ESEA, but it's unlikely some of the players will stay teamless for long, particularly CAth, missharvey, and klaudia. Dust2.us knows that missharvey and CAth have tried out for CLG Red already, although it's unknown who they would replace.

Here was Team X's former roster:

  • Canada Stephanie "missharvey" Harvey
  • United States Klaudia "klaudia" Beczkiewicz
  • Canada Catherine "CAth" Leroux
  • United States Brianna "masq" Becker
  • Canada Maureen-Lee "ml-" Chick Ban
