Torqued through to ESL One Belo Horizonte

It's another exciting day for Torqued fans, as the team closed out the ESL One Belo Horizonte Closed Qualifiers today over compLexity 3-0. This result has net them a spot at the main event in Brazil, where they will compete against some of the best teams from around the world for a piece of the $200,000 prize pool.

Torqued was granted a one map advantage going into the finals series of the Closed Qualifiers for coming out on top of the Winner's side of the bracket, allowing them to secure their victory in just two maps. It was no easy task, however, as both maps went the distance, with Cache ending in a 16-13 scoreline, and Cobblestone ending in overtime 19-17.

This marks yet another qualifier victory over compLexity, as they recently clashed in the DreamHack Open Tours, with Torqued coming out on top 2-1. With EPL Relegation on the horizon, the two teams may meet again soon, as compLexity currently sits at nineth place in the league with a 6-12 record.
