ESL Pro League before-Week 6 Recap

The ESL Pro League moves into Week 6 for it's seventh season. Time for a quick recap we think, as the top of the table keeps on getting closer and closer, with the top six teams looking to secure a spot in Dallas. Conversely, the bottom seems to know who it's going to be sending back to the MDL.

It's been a bit, ok our bad. Since our last visit to the table, Liquid and NRG have been continuing their battle for the top, with Liquid becoming the first team to secure qualification to the May Finals. NRG look safe to secure a spot as well, with the team only requiring six more points for it to be guaranteed. 

Cloud9 have also been slowly climbing up the table, albeit still suffering from their poor start meaning a close run in is set to be had. SK have as well, but their scheduling issues from the starting weeks will definitely take a toll when it comes to the run-in. Renegades and Luminosity have been keeping themselves a constant threat in the league.

Down the bottom, it's a sorry sight as Dignitas are still to any points in 12th place, meaning their survival is still at risk. It's between compLexity, Splyce and Ghost to fight it out for survival, as all teams are currently within two points of each other and a hope of avoiding having to head to Leicester to defend their league position.
