Etherian players released; Gorilla Gang quartet to play together next season

Shortly after conquering the Dust2.us Masters #2, Gorilla Gang have more or less gone official.

A flurry of MDL-related news dropped last night regarding roster movements.

First off, Etherian announced the release their team, which had made it the playoffs of both the recent ESEA MDL season as well as the ongoing Gfinity Winter Series. The move does not come as a surprise as the players had already put out that they were looking for a new organization to call home next season.

Despite their parting of ways seemingly being imminent, Etherian are still alive in the Gfinity Winter Series, where they await the winner of oNe and Glockoma in the lower bracket.

On the heels of that, Anthony "Vanity" Malaspina announced that he would be joining forces once more with Cameron "Hydrex" Kern and former Etherian players Josh "oSee" Ohm and Ben "ben1337" Smith. The team represent 4/5 of the Gorilla Gang squad that took our most recent Dust2.us Masters by storm, upsetting two Pro League sides on the way to the title.

Finally, in a massive infodump, eUnited coach Jared "osorandom" Hartman revealed several MDL rosters that are in the process of coming together, including departed Ghost and Dignitas members Connor "CONNOR93" Glover and Jack "xCeeD" Holiman.

These rosters would presumably play in the spots previously occupied by Atmosphere, Etherian, and Mask Off.
